Made-to-Order Policy
Most Feel Agapē products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind / buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please review product details, size charts, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If We Made a Mistake or Your Item Arrives Damaged
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or wrong variant)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A free replacement (most common)
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the issue.
How to Request Help (Fastest Path)
Email team@feelagape.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (including size tag/label if relevant)
- Photos of packaging if the item arrived damaged
Incomplete claims may delay resolution.
Do You Need to Ship the Item Back?
In most defect or damage cases, a return is not required. Photo proof is usually sufficient.
If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Production Variations & Expectations
Because our products are made-to-order:
- Minor variations in color tone may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
- Print placement may vary slightly within normal industry tolerances.
- Garment measurements may vary slightly within standard manufacturing tolerances.
These normal variations do not qualify as defects.
If something appears clearly incorrect or outside reasonable tolerance, contact us and we’ll review it.
Sizing & Fit Assistance
We do not accept returns for sizing. However, we’re happy to help you choose the right size before ordering.
If you need a different size after receiving your order, we may offer a one-time courtesy discount or store credit toward a new purchase at our discretion.
Return Shipping (When Applicable)
- If the issue is due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item), we cover the remedy.
- If an approved exception requires a physical return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise in writing.
Shipping Refunds & Free Shipping Threshold
If your order included paid shipping ($2.99) and the issue is due to our error, we will refund the product and the paid shipping or send a replacement.
If your order qualified for FREE shipping over $75.00 and a return reduces the remaining order value below $75.00, we may deduct $2.99 (the standard shipping equivalent) from the refund.
Address Accuracy
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled once marked delivered.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
