Where We Ship

At this time, Feel Agapē ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

  • $2.99 Standard Domestic Shipping
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75.00 (after discounts, before taxes)

Made-to-Order Production Time (Important)

Most of our items are made to order. This means your item is printed and prepared after you place your order.

Production time: Typically [2–5 business days]
(Production time may vary slightly during peak seasons.)

Shipping (Transit) Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped:

  • Estimated carrier transit time: 3–4 business days
  • Estimated delivery time = production time + carrier transit time.
  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Address Accuracy (No-Return Policy)

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to offer refunds or free replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is marked Undeliverable or Returned to Sender, we can help with one of the following options:
  • Reshipment: We can resend the order once we receive it back (additional shipping and production costs may apply).
  • If reshipment isn’t desired: We may offer a partial refund for the item price only (shipping is not refundable), when possible.
  • If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered successfully delivered.

Delays or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking shows a delay, we’re happy to help investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost after the carrier investigation window, we will offer a replacement or refund.
